This local spot is famous for its black pig (Jeju variant) barbecue. Supposed to be very authentic, but even many Korean tourists find this place.
You season the grill with a little pork fat, then cook the meat. Add some onion, mushroom, and garlic. When the meat is toasty brown, you wrap it in fresh lettuce with the side dishes, in desired quantities.
