The governor of Jeollabuk-do province hosted us to a traditional Korean meal for linch. The dishes just kept coming, small servings of many varities of delicious food. I tried everything, liked most, loved a few. Not a fan of fermented scale fish, really liked the fish pancake things (not the official name). I tried to keep up with names, but got lost somewhere after the sashimi. Everything had a delicate taste, delicious and seasoned to perfection with the perfect blend of meat, vegetable, and sauces.
Americans don't know how to cook vegetables!
Sympathy to the cooks, servers and dishwashers, because this meal was not simple.
