Arashiyama Bamboo Forest

I don't know how this Bamboo first managed to be so peaceful, considering the crowd, but it was astonishing. The minute you walk in, peace surrounds you. 

Apparently, teens in Japan come to Kyoto to dress up in kimonos, much like the Korean teens dressed in hanbok. I took them from the back, so as to not to post kids online without their permission, but apparently that's the pose anyway, looking away from the camera.
